- Graduate Degree – BCOM / BBA
- Relevant Accounts Experience in the Tourism Field
Job Description :-
Maintaining and recording the sales , purchase , payments and receipt vouchers on a daily basis.
Providing the management with the necessary accounts reports on a weekly basis.
Accurate recording of vouchers and ensuring timely supply of services through standard payable/receivable reporting.
Ensuring that sales amounts are received and payments are made on time.
Maintaining healthy relations with the agents as well as the suppliers.
Bank Reconciliation on a daily basis depending on the requirements.
Preparation of statements like cash flow statement , Profit & Loss statement , Balance Sheets
